VEHICLE

Hydraulic stabilizer allowing quick convenient positioning and setup. Whilst articulated booms quickly place the one to two men in basket to position.

All hydraulic system is of the fall safe design with lock valves on all rams to protect again hose failure and also emergency hand pump to enable stowing of hydraulic pump/engine failure.

PRIME MOVER

Power required or hydraulic system is directly taken from vehicles engine or power pack of 12 VDC or 24 VDC alternatively.

STRUCTURE

The two articulated booms are fabricated of light but stiff ms box section. The structure is fitted wide pivot bushes and pivot pins made from EN-9 for booms as well as hydraulic cylinders. The whole assembly is mounted on heavy duty slewing rotary joint.

HYDRAULIC RAM

Two no. boom hydraulic cylinders of double acting having precision honed tubes and induction hardened deep grounded chrome plated EN-8 Piston rods providing smooth operation, long steel life and resistance against corrosion.

STABLIZERS

#  Two powerful hydraulic stabilizers are provided with vide footprint to protect the    

     vehicle from toppling down.

#  Over travel is provided in the stabilizers to level the vehicle on uneven ground

#  The stabilizer are fitted with swivel pads.

LEVELING

Parallel linkage is provided to ensure that the operators cage remains level in any boom position and there is no lost motion.

OPERATORS

A fiber glass cage is mounted on to a steel cradle with non slip flooring and drain holes for water drainage. The cage is insulated to 600 Volts.

CONTROLS

Dual control at basket as well as base is provided to hydraulic elevating platform. However, stabilizer controls are provided only at base for safety reasons.

EMERGENCY PUMP

Emergency hand pump is provided to enable stopping of the equipment in case of pump/engine failure.

Safety features

(4)   Suction strainer to ensure supply of clean oil to the pump.

(5)    Pressure relief valve to protect the hydraulic system from overload.
